Payments

Payments for services are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By clicking the payment button and completing a transaction on Stripe's platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Think Digital LLC does not store or have access to your full payment card details. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Think Digital LLC and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from this Site without prior written consent from Think Digital LLC.

Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in their individual service agreement. Think Digital LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Think Digital LLC does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
